Annual Christmas Tree Drive Program

Our annual Christmas tree program provides an average of 100 fully decorated trees each year to lower income families and homeless families living in local area motels. Some people might wonder why a Christmas tree would be more important than gifts for families in need. Thankfully, there are several great organizations providing parents with the resources to ensure their children will have Christmas gifts.

For most, not having experienced the simple joy of a Christmas tree is unimaginable. Sadly, for many underprivileged children this is their reality. To a child a brightly lit tree on Christmas morning is just as important as, the gifts beneath it. Your donations will help the children build a lifetime of memories, and ensure this will not be another Christmas spent without a tree.
If you or someone you know needs a tree, sign-ups begin each year on October 15, ending the day before Thanksgiving, with delivery on the first weekend in December. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information or email us at info@thebrittanyproject.org.

If you are interested in donating items to our Christmas tree/decoration drive, drop off dates and locations post by November 1 on the calendar page, and www.facebook.com/TheBrittanyProject.org. Unfortunately, we are very limited on storage, and can ONLY accept donations each year from November–December of the following items; 4’-6.5’ very gently used or new Christmas trees, ornaments, tree skirts, lights and tree toppers.

When donating gently used items please make sure, there are no broken parts, all parts are included and working; they are in the original container/packaging that is intact and tightly secured. If you prefer to make a monetary donation, they are accepted year-round through homepage via the donate button; or at any branch of First Tennessee bank in Middle Tennessee, under The Brittany Project. For more information, please visit our FAQ page, or email us at info@thebrittanyproject.org. Thank you for your interest and support of The Brittany Project.
